Current Openings:
Part Time After School Teacher for Remote Learning Program
Exciting position at an innovative and young education company with a mission to use the seed to table cycle to teach STEAM concepts. Our goal is to equip children with 21st century STEAM skills, while positively impacting healthy eating habits.
Seasoned educator (with middle school and/or elementary school experience) to teach an exciting enrichment program implementing STEAM principles to teach the seed to table cycle. Ideal candidate has experience teaching science subjects. Classes to be taught with a mix of hands on projects including, but not limited to: planting, cooking, growing, art, and science experiments. All materials provided to teacher and students for remote setting.
Qualifications:
* Experience working with children in elementary and/or middle school setting
* Engaging, warm, high energy personality
* Experience in similar programming a bonus
* RELIABLE. This is a must, as last minute or day before cancellations are prohibitive to our program.
* Flexible schedule
Format: online after school program, minimum of 2 sessions per week. Schedules are made as new contracts come in during each season.
